Description
The Memmert UF160TS forced convection pass-through oven has a capacity of 5.9 Cu Ft (161 L) with a temperature range of Ambient +10° to 250°C and comes with a single digital display controller. Memmert UF TS pass through ovens are based on a standard heating oven and feature all technological highlights like product specific heating and perfectly adjusted control technology. The additional option of alternate door locking protects against contamination and, thanks to the split unit lid, access to all electronic components is possible at all times, despite possible fixed wall installation.
The UF160TS Walk-Through Drying Oven is used for clean sample transfer between cleanrooms and non-clean rooms, reduces the chance of contamination of materials, instruments or samples, is installed between rooms and comes complete with trays. The units have two insulated stainless steel doors and a body made of textured steel. Air is supplied through an adjustable damper.
For accurate reproduction of temperature conditions, the UF160TS walk-through oven is equipped with two mutually controlled temperature sensors with a multifunctional PID controller and two color displays for simultaneous indication of values. The device has adjustable overheating protection, a visual and audible alarm system. The fan speed is adjustable, remote control via the Internet is provided.
