Working principle
The water sample is oxidized by the oxidizing agent ammonium persulfate, and reacts with the indicator to form a colored complex in the presence of an alkaline environment and an indicator (dimethylglyoxime), and the analyzer detects the change of the color and This change is converted to the total nickel value output. The amount of colored complex formed is equivalent to the total amount of nickel.
