FUNCTION AND EQUIPMENT
The vacuum pressing furnace VL 01/12 LB Press is ideally suited for firing of conventional ceramic veneers under normal atmosphere or vacuum but also for processing of all common pressing ceramics. The all-round heating of the furnace chamber results in a very even temperature uniformity and enables fast heat-up times. The lowerable, electric motor-driven lifting table ensures easy and convenient handling for the pressing process.
A highlight is the especially developed controller D580 with colourful, high-contrast 6.8 inch touch display. It enables intuitive programme input on the large touch screen. Programs can be displayed graphically and in tabular form. The vacuum pressing furnace is freely programmable. Many manufacturer programs can be downloaded free of charge from the program portal on the Nabertherm website and loaded into the controller.
With the free MyNabertherm App, the furnace can be conveniently monitored online via mobile devices as a powerful addition to the Nabertherm controller. The program progress can be tracked, push notifications provide information about malfunctions.

This weighing furnace with integrated precision scale and software, was designed especially for combustion loss determination in the laboratory. The determination of combustion loss is necessary, for instance, when analyzing sludges and household garbage, and is also used in a variety of other processes for the evaluation of results. The difference between the charged total mass and the combustion residue is the combustion loss. During the process, the software included records both the temperature and the weight loss.

Ashing Furnaces with Integrated Exhaust Gas Cleaning up to 1100 °C, Nabertherm, Germany
The ashing furnaces have a passive safety system and integrated exhaust gas post combustion.
The ashing furnace L ../11 BO is specially designed for processes in which larger sample quantities have to be incinerated. Fields of application are e.g. the ashing of food, thermal cleaning of injection molding tools or the determination of annealing loss. Another application is the debinding of ceramic products, e.g. after additive production.
The ashing furnaces have a passive safety system and integrated exhaust gas post combustion. An exhaust gas fan extracts flue gas from the furnace and simultaneously supplies fresh air to the furnace atmosphere with the result that sufficient oxygen is always available for the incineration process. The incoming air is guided behind the furnace heating and preheated to ensure good temperature uniformity. Exhaust gases are led from the furnace chamber to the integrated post combustion system, where they are post burned and catalytically cleaned. Directly after the incineration process (up to max. 600 °C) a subsequent process up to max. 1100 °C can take place.

A special fresh-air and exhaust air system ensures that the air is replaced 6 times per minute so that there is always sufficient oxygen for the ashing process.
Ashing furnace LV ../11 is designed especially for ashing processes to 1050 °C in the laboratory. Applications include determining loss on ignition, ashing food and plastics for subsequent substance analysis. A special fresh-air and exhaust air system ensures that the air is replaced 6 times per minute so that there is always sufficient oxygen for the ashing process. Incoming air passes the furnace heating and is pre-heated to ensure good temperature uniformity.

The muffle furnace model Nabertherm L 9/11 / SKM is especially recommended when working with aggressive substances. The furnace is equipped with a ceramic muffle with built-in heating on 4 sides. This muffle furnace combines good temperature uniformity with good protection of heating elements in aggressive atmospheres. Another distinguishing feature is the smooth, almost dust-free muffle (fiber-insulated oven door), which is an important quality feature in some ashing processes.

Muffle furnaces Nabertherm LV 3/11 – LVT 15/11 are used especially for ashing in the laboratory. Due to a special system of air inflow and outflow, more than 6 times air changes per minute are achieved. In this case, the incoming air is preheated, which ensures a good temperature distribution inside the muffle furnace.

Thanks to the inserted support tubes and the heating elements radiating freely into the furnace chamber, these models achieve an especially short heating time. Solid lightweight refractory brick insulation allows muffle furnaces to reach a maximum operating temperature of 1300 ° C. Thus, these models represent an interesting alternative to the well-known models of muffle furnaces L (T) 3/11 and higher, in cases where a particularly short heating time or higher temperature of use is required.
