Description
The combination of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, precise electronics and multiple temperature protection guarantees the highest level of safety in the laboratory.
Control Technique:
- By PID microprocessor with integral self-diagnosis system and fault indicator.
- compact unit.
- 2 class A Pt100 sensors, 4-wire, monitoring and controlling the same temperature.
- Digital timer from 1 minute to 999 hours for: continuous operation, delayed start, standby, or temperature adjustment.
- Pump switch.
- The pump turns off at the end of the program, Digital display (LED) to adjust all parameters, such as temperature, time and alarm values.
- Calibration function in controller.
- Acoustic and visual alarms at the end of the program and in case of low liquid level (the heater turns off automatically).
Triple overheat protection:
- In case of overtemperature due to failure, the heater turns off at approx. 10ºC above the set temperature.
- Independent overtemperature limiter, class 3.1, electronic TWW or user adjustable class 2 TWB.
- Mechanical temperature limiter TB, class 1, switches the heater off at approx. 30ºC above the maximum temperature of the bath.
- Display values setting: 0.1ºC below 99.9ºC, 1ºC above 100ºC.
- Structure grade 1.4301 (ASTM 304), corrosion resistant, stainless steel.
