Features

It crushes maultiple samples powerfully

The pendular swing method of max 3,200r/min crushes sample powerfully. Although the maximum speed is slower than µT-01, the swing amplitude is 1.5 times larger than conventional model giving the same power of crush. This mechanism raising the crush power with amplitude rather than speed is reducing the heating of samples by bead friction. If cool holder (TH-0203) or pre-chilled samples are used, it is possible to keep temperature below room temperature even after crushing. Please refer to below table for detail.

Easy operation and silent operation

Operation is very easy; select shaking speed and set timer (1-300sec).
Since memory function is equipped, shaking speed and timer with high-frequency is possible to memorize.
In addition, it is very quiet compared with equivalent bead crushers.

Commercial tubes and materials for crushing are usable

Commercial tubes with 1.5/2.0 or 5ml screw cap are used for crushing. Stainless (SUS), zirconia and glass beads are usable. Stainless beads with φ2/3/4/5mm are available.

Loadable 5 ml micro tube

It can load two 5ml screw cap tube for mass processing which cannot be available in 1.5/2.0 ml tubes. For example, minimum 1g can be crushed for animal organs. Although the maximum shaking speed is up to 2500 r/min, it can provide enough power of crush since the amplitude is optimal.
