The Nabertherm L 3/11 – LT 40/12 muffle furnace range is perfect for daily laboratory use. Excellent performance, modern design and a high degree of reliability are the hallmarks of this model range. Muffle furnaces are supplied with a hinged or lifting door.

Maximum temperature 1100 ° C or 1200 ° C;
Heating the oven from both sides with ceramic burners (for models L 24/11 – LT 40/12, heating from three sides);
Ceramic heating plates with an integrated heating element, protected against splashes and fumes (easy to replace);
Vacuum hardened high strength fiber module;
Muffle furnace body made of structured stainless steel sheets;
Double wall muffle furnace body for low external temperatures and high stability;
Muffle furnaces are available as an option with either a hinged door (L), which can be used as an additional loading and unloading area, or a lifting door (LT), with the hot side facing away from the operator;
Adjustable intake air opening in the muffle furnace door;
Exhaust hole in the rear wall of the furnace;
Quiet operation of the muffle furnace heating system with semiconductor relays.

Additional equipment for muffle furnaces:

Chimney, chimney with fan or catalytic converter;
Adjustable temperature limiter with adjustable shutdown temperature for thermal protection class 2 according to EN 60519-2 as overheating protection for ovens and products;
Shielding gas supply at the rear of the furnace;
Manual or automatic gas supply system.
